HT32F61630/HT32F61641 has 32 KB / 64 KB Flash ROM, SRAM storage capacity of 2 KB / 8 KB, maximum running speed of 16 MHz / 20 MHz, I/O has 22 multifunctional pins and provides rich peripheral resources.
