     The NCN5140S is the first SiP certified by the KNX Association to simplify access and control panel development. The device combines all key and certifiable elements of a KNX device, integrating a digital KNX transceiver, a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ microcontroller with a pre-certified software stack, and a system power supply DC-DC converter into a single in the bag. The high degree of integration greatly reduces the material cost. It allows manufacturers to develop thin and modern designs (<5mm overall depth). Two complete system solutions are introduced by Onsemi that support the most widely used building automation network protocols - PoE and KNX.

     Unique to any other device on the market, the NCL31010 integrates a smart LED driver and PoE interface into one package. This supports fully connecting and managing the lighting and power delivery needs of the lighting system. It is also a complete power over Ethernet lighting solution released by the company.

     IEEE 802.3bt compliant NCL31010 provides more than 90W of power over PoE. The innovative application of this device, implemented by a high-efficiency step-down LED driver, is called visible light communication (VLC). This involves modulating data directly onto leds that are imperceptible to the human eye, enabling them to broadcast data and serve as location beacons for indoor positioning systems.
