Posifa Technologies introduces the new PVC6100 series of MEMS Pirani vacuum gauges, these gauges offer a wide range from 10-4 Torr to ATM, providing high accuracy and long-term stability, while offering interchangeable probes and customizable output voltages , reduces the user's total cost of ownership by eliminating the calibration requirement for replacement probes. Suitable for atmospheric (ATM) to medium vacuum applications.
To ensure the accuracy and uniformity of these products, the pressure gauge's sensing element is based on the company's second-generation thermally conductive chip, which is produced using a world-class microfabrication process. The sensor chip measures thermal conductance within the embedded cavity with an integrated thermopile with excellent sensitivity and repeatability. And these equipment will be used in freeze dryers, mass spectrometers, distillation equipment, cryogenic cylinders and storage tanks, vacuum furnaces and load-lock vacuum systems.
In environments where heavy contamination cannot be avoided, users only need to replace the device's interchangeable probe - which is individually calibrated and contains the sensing element and digital electronics - to reduce system cost and downtime. And due to the low internal heater temperature, only slightly above ambient temperature, this series of meters is less susceptible to contamination than filament-based devices, resulting in higher reliability and longevity.
The series of meters can customize output voltages to emulate other manufacturers' devices, providing plug-and-play replacements to enhance performance and reduce total cost of ownership without changing system software or connecting hardware. And provides 0V to 10V analog output through its FCC-68/RJ45 connector.
