TN5050H-12WY is suitable for automotive / fixed battery chargers, renewable energy generators, interruptible power supplies, solid state relays, welding equipment and motor drive applications. It has power switch, voltage robustness and power consumption performance, and can be used for 80A AC switch, AC phasing inverter and AC / DC controlled rectifier bridge.
