Texas Instruments (TI) ISO78xx dual-channel or four-channel digital isolator with 8000VPK isolation voltage. The isolator provides high electromagnetic immunity and low radiation with low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I / O. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer, which is separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulating gate. ISO7821 has one forward and one reverse channel. ISO7841 has three forward and one reverse channels. ISO7842 has two forward and two reverse channels. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output of these devices is "high".
