Texas Instruments AMC22C11-Q1 Automotive Grade Isolated Comparator is a short response time isolated comparator. The open-drain output is separated from the input circuit by an isolation barrier. The isolation barrier is highly resistant to magnetic field disturbances. It is certified to provide galvanic isolation up to 3kVRMS according to DIN EN IEC 60747-17 (VDE 0884-17) and UL1577. It supports operating voltages up to 560VRMS. The trip threshold is adjustable from 20mV to 450mV in low hysteresis mode. It is also adjustable from 600mV to 2.7V in high hysteresis mode with a single external resistor
The open-drain outputs on this device support transparent mode (the latch input is tied to GND2), where the output follows the input state, or latch mode, where the output is cleared on the falling edge of the latched input signal. Texas Instruments AMC22C11-Q1 is available in an 8-pin SOIC package and is specified over the entire automotive temperature range (–40°C to +125°C).
