TriQuint's TAT7472A1F CATV pHEMT 75ohm dual RF amplifier can operate at frequencies up to 1218MHz.
The device is designed for cable TV and has two amplifiers for push-pull applications. It is manufactured using 6-inch GaAs pHEMT technology to optimize performance and cost. The device contains on-chip active bias. The bias current set point can be grounded from the input through a resistor.
Applications include edge QAM gain stage, MDU output, RF distribution amplifier and AH22 replacement.
