Vishay's latest product is a new BiSy ESD protection diode in a compact SOT-323 package. Space-saving single-line VLIN26A1-03G and dual-line VCAN26A2-03G measure only 2.3mm x 2.1mm and have a form factor of only 0.95mm. They provide low capacitance and leakage current to protect automotive data lines from transient voltage signals. .
For LIN bus applications, VLIN26A1-03G provides transient protection (air and contact discharge) for one data line of IEC 61000 4 2 at ± 30 kV, while VCAN26A2-03G protects two lines for CAN-Bus and FLEX-Bus applications . The AEC-Q101-compliant device has a low load capacitance of 10 pF typical and a low load capacitance of up to 15 pF, which is less than the maximum leakage current of <2. 0.05μA, working voltage is ± 26.5V.
